Are they ever going to fix the COD W@W glitches? - Blu-ray Forum

I was playing last night and every room i played in and every map had a glitcher. it gets pretty annoying to keep getting killed and not be able to do anything. I kept backing out to play with a different set of non cheating people to no avail, it seems everyone is doing it now.

in the maken map (nighttime japan map) someone can hide inside the rocks. in the castle map, someone can go underneath the map and shoot from above. thats all i know.

I play on the "other system", and it has those glitches too. I ahve not seen the castle glitch. Maken I hate the rock glitch. Just throw a molotav cocktail or a satchel on them.
I was playing with my son last night and I tried and tried to get into the rock, I was trying to figure it out. I have no idea so the cheaters will continue to cheat until they fix it. Infinity ward caught a lot of people cheating on cod4 they took thier rank away.

well they can go under these maps....seelow,castle,roundhouse,hanger,upheaval, and outskirts. these are the ones i know for sure people can get under and i have been killed numerous times and watched them from the kill cam. if someone is under the map they can kill and not be killed, i can't understand how this can be fun (like palying a game on easy and never having a challenge). there are probably a bunch of other glitches that i have not caught someone on or have not heard about. i am starting to dislike this game and am annoyed that the developers are not patching this crap.

this is why i like IW better. i can't wait for cod mw2! i hate on ps3 that their is no way of reporting people, i think if you get caught cheating they should ban your ip and erase your screen name.

i've had the same experience with people going under the maps. i was surprised at first about castle because people did this in the beta, they should have fixed it before the release (that's what betas are for). but then it was happening on almost all the maps. they kind of suck at fixing this stuff. it ruins the fun for everyone else.

at least i can file complaints on xbox live. if that even does anything. i do it when people have modded controllers too.

Yea there are way to many glitchers and how EA has not put out a patch for this already is beyond me. It makes the game completely useless. I wish there was a way to report people for glitching, at least this would slow them down a bit.

EA didn't make it. I think call of duty 5 is copy and paste i dont even bother with it online anymore + the PC version is just down right terrible full of glitches

They are never gonna fix this glitches,looks like they gave up on the game,I would be surprised if they gonna relase any update for this games (new maps,weapons etc.)
I'm Back to COD4 until COD6 is released.

this is EXACTLY why i didnt waste my money on this dump. after i heard they didnt fix the problems from the beta, i was shocked! cod4 is still WAY better than this game and like someone else, i cant wait for modern warfare 2!!!
