Man, this steelbook should have been the other way around. The A logo should be on the front and Thanos should be on the back, similar to the Age of Ultron steelbook. I hadn't thought about it until I read pabloccb's comment.

Also what a random choice of characters for the inside artwork. There's plenty of posters for this movie and they pick 7 characters (some of them with no screen time on this one).

A few choices are kind of random. However, everyone shown was in the movie. It’s not like they put Hawkeye or Ant-man on there.

Black Widow's probably on there because she's an OG Avenger and it's an Avengers movie. Also it's ScarJo. If we were going by story, a more appropriate character would be Scarlet Witch.

Scarlet Witch not being on the inside sucks. I realize Gamora is important but I'd rather have seen Spidey and Wanda instead.

Artwork looks great to me, just wish there was room for Spidey instead of Black Widow. Also happy we're getting that First Ten Years disc, should go nicely with the Target-exclusive disc for Avengers 1.

The A is kind of fading away. I don't think it would've been better to have it on front. Another aspect of the A would have worked but for this artwork, Thanos on the front is the best you can get. I agree with the inside artwork, though. An absolute mess of characters that make zero sense.

What I don't like is not having the title or any part of the steelbook debossed/embossed on the front cover. It makes the steelbook look cheap and plain.

The worst part is none of them shared a scene together. Thor and Gamora were the only ones who did.

I'll pick this up and grab a premium SB if I can, then reevaluate what I want to keep out of the lot and sell off the excess. I understand why Thanos is on the front - it is his movie fundamentally and the focus is all about his goal. If there's embossing/debossing on the gauntlet then it may be pretty rad.

They could've fit four characters on the left side (just like in the Black Panther steelbook).

Scarlet Witch should've been there over Black Widow, and they should've squeezed in Doctor Strange since he played a big part in the movie.

He was the highlight of the movie for me, and I say that considering all actors were incredible in this movie. It's just that Benedict is perfect as Doctor Strange.

That's the thing. The characters worked soo well in this movie. At first i was like 'X was the highlight' then 'oh no wait, it was X' etc.
It's almost impossible to choose one single character.
They all did so well and had their special moments. Thor, Spidey, Iron Man, Strange, Capt. America and so on. Such a good movie, even the villains were spot on. I'd even say Ebony Maw deserves to be the mainvillain in another Marvel movie.

Enough OT, i can't wait to own the Blu-ray.

Why are they starting a trend with small titles on the spine and NO title on the front cover? Black Panther was the same way. Kind of silly since Thor Ragnarok had a nice embossed front title. And with this steelbook, that top left cover would have been a PERFECT spot for the title, since it looks kind of empty up there with space and all.
