I'm not familiar with the movie. It's a French movie, but it's in English? I would assume it has the original language track.

That's correct.

It is a combo of both French and English, but more English as the main character doesn't appear to speak French, she is an American, while the others are French speaking. All the French is between the men, but they do speak a lot of English as well.

the film looks interesting, but not the art for the steelbook

The blood marks on the butt cheeks resemble hand prints. The artist obviously did some thinking on this one.
