They should... Unless you get somebody who wants to call to see if they have it at locally. Many times I just tell them the price and they match it without even checking the site or seeing a piece of paper. It only depends on who you deal with...

Went to Richmond Hill BB. They have one copy there, and I took it to the cash and the girl there was gonna do it, but have second thoughts, and went to check the actual WM site online. Then, she told me they have to call, and customer service inside will help me. The girl inside is named Shamani, and she is by far the WORST csr I have dealt with. She said she called Richmond Hill WM and they don't have stock, so she won't PM it. I told her to call the super stores, coz RH WM never really carries much BRs. She told me no, it is up to her to call whichever store she wants. I was pretty pissed already at that point, as she make it sounded like I am trying to steal money from her wallet. I told her to call Stouffville, and she said she will call Markham, not Stouffville! (WTF!??) No one picks up there. With much insisting, got her to try Stouffville but she hold for like 2 minutes and said no one is answering and hung up. She told me since I cannot prove that WM has stock, she won't PM it. I told her it is not my fault that no one is picking up the phone! She replied "It is not my responsibility either! I have to go help other customers, I have already taking enough time calling around for you!", raising her voice so everyone in line is looking at me thinking I am the one holding up the line. At that point, I am more upset about her rudeness that this PM thing. I asked for the manager, which this Shamani said "the manager would say the same thing anyway." I still insisted, so she paged the manager on the phone, and all I heard from her was "So just do it?" I thought I got it, but she told me she will only price match but not give me the 10%. At that point, I am really upset. I told her I will complain her, and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came, Shamani told her she thinks they should only price match and not do the 10%. The manager kinda agreed with her, and since I have already wasted over 30 minutes there, I just gave up and paid 5.65 for it.

I was *****ing about it on the phone with my buddy on my way back, and I passed by RH Futureshop. Just figure I will stop by and see if they have it too. They have 1 copy on the shelf, so I took it to the cash, told them about WM.ca, the guy checked online, and PM me without saying a single thing.

Anyone who wanted it, I saw that there are still 2 on the rack at the front there. FS is selling them at 26.99 instead of 29.99 at BB. So it become 3.50 plus tax.

And I just called and file a detail complain to BB head office about this Shamani.

shit i wish i knew it was on their website... i went to 2 of my local walmart stores looking for it and came up with nothing. searched through all thewir flyers and passed 2 futuresshops on the way. dam! oh well.. least i'll go there tomorrow and check it out. thanks for the headsup. oh and as for madnug... i HATE bestbuy. NEVER had a good experince there with regards to cx service. i always go to futureshop and have no problems. love them, bought 2 lcd tv's from there (each at $1000+ a pop) and will continue to go back there for business seing as how they know to treat their customers.

Yea, I tend to like Future Shop better too. They always have better deals and don't hassle you about price matching.

I've been hassled at Futureshop regarding price matching before so it's definitely hit and miss. Certainly worth trying though if you have trouble at Best Buy

yeah thats true too. futureshop virtually ALWAYS tend to have better deals than BB anyways. dont know why people shop there.
