Default Callibration Settings and Questions

I apologize for all the posts but I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed but all the settings and things I need to tweak.

Everyone talks about keeping it out of torch mode and callibration but i don't know where that line is.

Right now I have
Brightness = 46
Contrast = 67
Sharpness = 0

Picture looks nice but it's not as bright as I'd like it since I'm scared to move contrast up to where it was out of box (97) which looked killer.

Then Im not sure if I should use movie mode and one of the Warm tones. i have it on Normal now.

I even ran the DVE blu-ray and I tried to follow along and each time I tried adjusting the contrast needed to be up to 97.

Anyway, there are soooooo many settings I'm so damn confused. i tried the calibration thread which give good settings but they all have high contrast. I'm just concerned about going that high. I'm paranoid! LOL

Turn your brightness to like 45, sharp to around 78, color to like 91, and put it on standard!
