Looking for a film - Blu-ray Forum

I’m trying to remember a film I once saw. It’s fairly obscure but I had thought I’d heard something about it getting a Blu-ray release at some point though I have no idea what the title of the movie was. I do know that the killer had a greenish pale face and wore a black hooded cape of some sort. I think it would be considered a slasher but was far more atmospheric and not that gory, anyone have any ideas?

Well, it's not a slasher but the first thing "pale-green face with a black hooded cape" made me think of was Mr. Boogedy, a 1986 TV movie by Disney.

I remember being excited about this movie when I was a kid, though i dont remember much about it and haven't seen it since then.

Nah it isn’t Salem’s Lot nor is it Wishmaster. It’s a bit more obscure if I remember correctly

I was obsessed with it as a kid but hadn't since it for so long until I finally saw it again a couple years ago. (On TCM of all places!) Seeing it through adult eyes, yes, it's pretty cheesy now, but I was filled with so much warm nostalgia and was amazed that I could suddenly recite entire lines as I was watching it.

Disney need to bring all of their obscure made for tv movies to bluray. A few of them might have been released theatrically back in the day but as far as I know, Disney's weekly movie specials on ABC was the first time I ever saw most of them and just thought they were made for tv.
