Off the top of my head, there's one movie that I would buy with another title and that's Edge of Tomorrow. All You Need is Kill was way better. I'm still kicking myself for missing out on the Japanese steelbook.

At least “You Were Never Really Here” is the name of the book. The title refers to Joe’s isolation after the “event”. It’s quite apt and is explained a lot better in the book.

If you haven’t read it, I would highly recommend doing so. It’s a quick breeze, only 98 pages.

“You Were Never Really Here” is also a motto for existentialists, which plays into the story’s PTSD theme. And the final shot (under the closing credits) is a witty nod to that title.
