ok so i ordered a tv stand and it's coming in the next few days now normally the way i usually "tidy" up wires is that i kinda fold em up and just keep it together with twisty ties now is this a good way to neatly place the wires behind the stand? or is there a better way to organize the cables?
thanks |

Great stuff. Just cut to length using heated scissors and wrap around your wires. Multiple diameters available depending on how many cables you want to wrap. Very clean and professional looking. |

![]() ![]() It must be the IT side of me hating to break out a pair of snippers everytime something needs rearranged in an end users space. Velcro zip ties are okay, I would look into Brain's link though... |

well optical cables are not on my bend list lol but i never really "tighten" my wires or bend them too much it's more of a sharp curve

Some very nice pics, everyone, and sweet suggestions for managing those unsightly wires.
I use some twist ties to keep it all organized, and the line organizer on the back of my stand also helps considerably. One suggestion. Avoid bundling power (AC) wires along any audio lines (line level, speaker, etc). They can be a source of AC hum or other interference. |
