Default Warner Bros. BD menus?

i was checkin today superman returns and blood diamond, both from warner bros. I was trying to go to the menu, the only thing i could get was a list of features.
Does warne bros has menu like regular dvds or POTC - dead man chest in blu ray.
i couldnt even find the sound or subtitle options

No Warner releases have a traditional main menu. They all start the movie right away.

This topic has been discussed MANY times, please search if you need more info

Allrighty, I have a question. Let's use 300 for example. I am using a PS3, where are the audio options? I hit the triangle, go to top menu, but I still see no audio options. Are there audio options for 300? Thanks in advance.

Push the square button and that will bring up the menu

WHV menus have a pop up menubar that accesses all of the mneu controls your'e used to. Just select the pop up menu button.

Thanks gents. And I take it PCM 5.1 is the best audio option? I think this is my first BD with Dolby True HD as an option.

Yes. Even though a lot of people say that Dolby TrueHD and PCM will sound the same, I still think it's safer to go with PCM. The Dolby TrueHD track drops in bitrate down past the bitrate of a DTS track, which doesn't seem like a good thing to me...

Two things I hate about Warner releases:
1. Most of them use VC-1 (MSFT WMV 9 based) which tends to flatten some scenes (Blood diamond for example).

2. With the movie starting, I cannot easily select the audio track I want without having to go to the popup menu and them restart the movie.

I wish they would use AVC and give us a menu to select options from before the movie starts.

It's a variable bitrate encode. When there isn't much sound to compress, it can squish far more. DTS is simply a constant bitrate, so no matter how much it would really take to support that data, it's still the same rate
