Problem: Matshita uj-120 does not read Blu-ray - Blu-ray Forum

Hi all,
last week I received a Matshita uj-120 with USB connection. Having been told that I don't need a driver, I tried to read my first blu-ray disc wondering how nice it is.
Unfortunately, my desktop PC says that no disc is in the drive, while using a DVD it recognizes and plays the disc. I checked the region code, which is the same for the disk and the player.
Does anybody have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Maybe un-install and re-install the driver? I suppose you have received a driver from the seller or from Panasonic (if not, maybe Google for a driver). Be carefull with flashing your drive, though (this is always at your own risk).

i'm having the same problem with this bluray player can you tell me where you got the driver or send it to me i can't find it anywhere i have googled and googled, thanks

You could send him a PM, or send an email to Panasonic (Industrial).

I am having exact same problems as described in original post. I can't seem to find the driver anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
