I like em. Especially the one for the first Avengers. It would’ve been nice if they had a cohesive theme with the third one, but they’ve changed styles so much with the whole collection

I already have the BB exclusive metalpaks of these, which has much better artwork in my opinion. I am still buying the MCU movies in 3D, so I will wait until they release a 4K box set to upgrade.

For anyone worrying, I would just put an order in with Zavvi for both since they should be the same

At this point I am like whatever..... I bought the digital copy of the first avengers when it was on sale on Vudu. They look nice and all, but after reading on here how some 4k BR's score the same as the 1080p versions or even below the 1080p versions, it just makes me not rush at all to upgrade everything to 4k.

These are nice, but I think I'll stick with my original Avengers BB Metal Box and the original BB Age of Ultron steel, and then just replace the DVDs with the 4K discs.

The first had a viva metalbox and the second was never in anything other than steelbook, or am I missing something? Neither made it to metalpak?

Ugh... preordered, but I'm on the fence. The covers are super busy for steelbooks. I would have liked it if the new ones matched the original metalpak/steelbook that was released. I don't have either since I'm trying only to invest in 4K stuff. But I understand why marketing might lead them to use a new design.

Still... couldn't they have done better? Maybe matched what the upcoming Infinity War steelbook does with Thanos by putting Loki and Ultron on the front cover, with the team itself inside?

Yeah, this confuses me. They're clearly being released in conjunction with the IW steelbook, yet don't match. Either make the IW steelbook the IMAX poster, or put the villains on the covers of the rereleases.

If these don't sell well, is it possible for a Black Friday discount on these, or does Best Buy not do that for steelbooks?

I prefer the Ferguson ones. I find them to be more tasteful than these mash-ups of photos.

Then again, the Ferguson ones don't include 4K. Let's hope they start.

I've quit buying most steelbooks (dents, scratches, some of mine have rust now). I skipped Thor: Ragnarok 4K steel and Black Panther 4K steel (still available at my BB). I do like both of these but I'll probably get Infinity War only.

lol I knew if I bought those other SteelBooks with the Ferguson art that they’d come out with 4K ones shortly after.

Fortunately those other ones are still sealed so I should be able to sell them no problem.
