Love this film, watched it again not long ago and it holds up. I know Steven doesn't like it and it remains imo magical and full of wonder.

This seems to be the ultimate "had to catch it at the right age" movie. Can't imagine much in the way of extras, but a little retrospective documentary on Robin Williams would be a nice touch.

Spot on you had to be the right age. I was nearly 12 and a Spielberg fanatic and was really disappointed. Yet I have tons of friends a few years younger who adore it.

Spielberg said he didn’t ever have it under control, improvising as he went along and I could tell even back then. Yet there’s no denying the opening act from the beginning to leaving for Neverland is largely magnificent.

Will probably get this, purely for John Williams’s score which is one of his great ones.

In 91 I was 11 and was only interested in typical action movies so I might give this a shot. Won’t get day 1 but hopefully it’ll be on sale for Black Friday.

blu-ray was underwhelming to say the least will see how this looks.

Hard time waiting until black friday on all these 4K catalog discs.

Hoping they will announce soon - would love if this actually had some bonus features.

Would love if they did the the silver hook on solid black background for the cover - but I like the modified theatrical poster they've used since the VHS/laserdisc as well.

There are Struzan Star Wars posters. None of them should be used over the others.
