Does the Scandi release contain English subtitles during the German language scenes? The Japanese release does.

It also has the majority of the extras from the US disc, minus the commentaries.

May I ask where you ordered it from? I haven't found many Scandinavian stores selling to other countries. I've ordered from dvdoo.dk sometime ago but they don't have Sky Captain.

Aside from recommended sites from here and HDD, I actually use Google and actually go to the required Google of whatever country and use the translate feature to find not only stores, but disc reviews. I wanted the Drive Czech digibook and sure as hell wasn't getting into a group buy for it. So, I found a Czech site on my own and just ordered it.

Thanks for the above Scandinavian release info. So the Japanese blu ray has yet to be bettered.

Just ordered a used copy for about $20 shipped, one of the few moments when living in Japan doesn't suck (for an American).
