It's been three weeks since the acknowledgement on Facebook by MVD.

July 31st
"Once again new discs are being printed as I type. When they are ready I will post another update so you can get a corrected copy."

So is it ok to ask?, may we have an update please. And maybe address the "Editing error on the extended cut in the hospital room." too. Thanks.

They posted on 8/15 (5 days ago in the MVD thread)

As far as the existing inventory, the first time around, we did a pretty good job of isolating the inventory and catching this thing. This time around I suggest anyone waiting to buy this to just buy it now and IF you get a copy with the bad audio (on theatrical version only) disc, just email with your POP and ask for a replacement. I'm so sorry this happened and I have put new processes in place to hopefully avoid this happening again. I really appreciate everyone's patience and kind words.

Funny how the re-replacement discs got announced right as I'm nearly done with my own personal preservation of the extended cut (I reinstated the "Wrong Bet" title and corrected that one scene DigiDreams screwed up).

I also went in and swapped the badly DNR'd theatrical footage in the Extended Cut with said footage from the deliciously grainy theatrical cut itself included on the same blu-ray disc (in addition to using the lossless stereo mix from the Universal blu-ray).

...sure, the additional scenes are still riddled with DNR (with some obviously taken from a VHS source), but at least its an overall more watchable presentation of that cut.

Recently got my copy, and I'm aware about the audio glitch in the theatrical cut. I watched it last night, but I didn't hear any audio problems -- except for some parts that sounds like echoing. But really, I barely noticed and it wasn't a big deal. I still enjoyed the movie to the fullest. Whether I don't have sensitive ears or I'm just lucky got the corrected copy, do you guys mind explain which part is actually the audio glitch?
