Universal Reissues with Glow-in-the-Dark Slipcovers - Blu-ray Forum

I just saw this YouTube video which showed a few BDs and DVDs with glow-in-the-dark slipcovers. I didn't see any of these listed in the database. Has anyone seen them out in the wild? These are the ones featured in the video:

Thanks! I couldn't find anything on Walmart.com regarding the Universal releases.

Those Fox releases! My God! Fox has turned slipcover/slipcard reissues into a whole new category. If you're a Fox completist, this has to drive you crazy.

Gotta be honest... none of these slips really do it for me. The comic book ones maybe a little bit, but I think they look better on the steelbooks. I like the Deadpool photobomb slips but there was only one that I really felt like buying.

That said, I'll take any excuse for studios to put more catalog titles back into brick & mortar stores -- just wish they weren't mostly DVD. It is 2018 after all.

When Walmart released their collectible slipcovers for the Universal Monsters movies a couple of years back, they plastered the slipcovers with their impossible-to-remove price tag stickers.

It looks from the above photos as though they may have learned a lesson.

I have no desire to buy any of these movies again just for a slip, but the concept is pretty cool.

I pulled those off quite easily.

I picked up the Assassin’s Creed one cause it was cheap and lets me shelve it while protecting my steel, gave the codes for it and Lucy away.
