Default Vintage Cinema Collection - Criterion Germany Releases or just a bland rip-off???

Has anybody heard from a new company called Vintage Cinema Collection ? Three releases are scheduled for end of December and they look just like criterion releases:

https://bluray-disc.de/blu-ray-filme...ema-collection

Is this legit or a very, very, very bland rip-off ?

Considering that they have the same “Criterion Collection” esque border on the side of the cover...yeah this is probably most likely a ripoff.

But do they have somekind of deal with criterion ? Their artwork looks so close to the original Criterion releases. They canīt do that, can they ? Or did they license these movies or at least the specific artwork and maybe supplement materials from Criterion themself ?
