If these get a UK release, I'll probably pick them up with the third film. Just revisited these so not in a rush to see them again. Blu Rays of both films look absolutely stonking on my set though so I'm having a tough time imagining there'll be that much of a noticeable upgrade.

Got to admit I've become pretty bad at picking it up ever since I turned 20 or so, since most people I know had grown out of using sarcasm as a valid form of communication/humor several years before. Considering that I'm almost 40 now, that means I've had a hell of a time figuring out exactly what the hell people are trying to say on the internet for nearly half my life.

Because the third film is coming out next year why not?

Plus this is a very beautiful-looking animated movie. Would love the first one and the Kung Fu Pandas too.

The first is getting a 4K too. As for KFP, I'm sure it could happen eventually. If they go ahead with 3 more films, that would probably increase chances.

Not many.

It scores an 8.1 on this here website. 63 4k releases meet or exceed that (US releases or upcoming releases with a release date. TV series excluded).

That's out of 394 releases.

A score of 8.1 or better would be in the top 550 or so blu-ray movies rated on this site.
