my experience with Fry's and pricematching wasn't very fun.

I brought in the Online price for circuit city. Granted it was not their in store price, but Fry's wouldn't match it. I just went to Circuit City instead, and showed them that they had it cheaper online, and the salesman said "no problem" the funny thing is, I had already bought it at Fry's, so I returned it completely, and bought it at Circuit. I'll probably never buy anything big at Fry's again, Just a movie here or there since they have great prices on HD flicks. Fry's has terrible customer service, it is amazing they stay alive

Buying anything at Frys is at your own risk and with help from the store as well. Sure, their prices are sometimes lower than other stores but when it comes to customer support its best to go with Circuit City. You can understand their language as well. Frys employees dont speak english very well. At least, in my areas. Not to mention that Frys repacks everything customers return to the store and back on the shelf as if it was brand new.
