Keeping up with the Joneses Blu-ray/DVD/Digital releases

I have a question concerning one of the releases in the DB that is listed wrong.

This item: https://www.blu-ray.com/dvd/Keeping-...es-DVD/133938/

Is listed as a DVD only but it is a Blu-ray/DVD/Digital release. I own it and can attach pictures if needed. I tried to update it today but the only thing that was done to the listing was remove the Blu-ray from the details.

The UPC for the BR/DVD/Dig listed on it matches Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, even if you search it in Google.

The UPC for the DVD/Digital version is 024543224884

What needs to or can be be done to fix this issue?

I figured it out.

is the same as
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Keepi...lu-ray/166986/

At the time https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Keepi...lu-ray/166986/ was added Amazon had the info for the 4K version. So the entry inherited that. Then Amazon switched the ASIN to the Regular Blu. But the info here did not change.

So please use this https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Keepi...lu-ray/166986/ for the Blu-ray.

But this one doesn't match my barcode.

but the description, number of discs etc is messed up. Mine version is the same as This (Target), this one (BAM), And finally here is the UPC shown on the release date.


It will be a PAIN if we have to "find" the right product but it has a different barcode every time we incur an issue.

It still does NOT show up in my collection under the Blu-rays It is still listed as DVD and Not a Blu-ray. So if I scan this bar code again it won't show up and I may wind up buying it twice which would be beyond frustrating.

I'll post pictures in a few once I have access to it again.

But both of these are the same UPC as all the sites you mentioned.

Please show up pics when you get the chance. This is getting really strange.

Ok, I think I finally got it figured out.

This one is actually just the DVD/Digital one. Some of the specs are wrong and I have edited the listing with the new information (UPC, Target, Best Buy Walmart, etc.). I also uploaded new Front & back cover arts since this is ONLY a the DVD + Digital version. I will attached those as well here.

It also matches this ONE in the Database, so maybe 133938 should just be deleted since its a duplication.

Your picture is EXACTLY like mine, same UPC and all. Thank you. I believe the issue was the wrong UPC on the 133938 listing combined with the wrong cover art. If you will review them I think you might agree.

I do agree. I'll see what i can do to get this error deleted, or something. Thank you for looking harder into this then anyone else. Hopfully it will finally get fixed.
