I really like this movie but ill probably stick with my region free Umbrella release.

Coming directly from Sony it will probably look damn good as long as they don't use the blueberry transfer.

Love this movie. Already got the limited edition from Umbrella, but glad to see this get a release in the US. I don't they'll reuse that TT transfer.

I picked up the Umbrella release earlier in the year. I hope the Blob isn't too far behind. I haven't picked up the Umbrella release for it.

I'm guessing they will use the same scan TT did except with more work put in. The TT release didn't look like it had been properly framed or color timed.

It will probably be another Sleepless in Seattle situation. Not much different than the Umbrella release.

Cool, but I too will stick with my Umbrella release. Fun film though, won't replace the original but love the actors in this.

I am just fine with the Umbrella release. It’s an old transfer, but at least it’s not that blue-tinted mess that Twilight Time got. If this is a new transfer without the blue, and has some decent bonus features (the Umbrella release has some exclusives), I might double dip when it’s cheap.

I haven't picked up any releases for this so count me in for this one. One of the better horror remakes out there, IMO.

I'd much rather get an UHD for "Fright Night", besides, the region free Eureka release is the best release until Sony releases an UHD themselves.

Already have the Umbrella release & it has a ton of special features. This one feels like it will be bare bones.
