I'm not sure what you mean, obviously they would be offering an American release as long as the pre order (and I see standard WB pre order art up for it) holds. As for international releases, I think WB offers 3D in many regions but still sells domestic 3D discs of their titles in WB Shop.

Not quite sure what you mean. Warner has been fairly consistent with releasing 3D discs in the US -- Although they have recently been distributed under the Warner Archive label (manufactured on demand) and are typically only sold online.

I just hadn't heard about it being offered anywhere besides the WBShop domestically. Perhaps it's still early days, but like most Warner 3D Blu-rays, it usually at least appears on Amazon for preorder: https://www.amazon.com/Smallfoot-Blu.../dp/B07GVXBJ2M

Likewise, Best Buy doesn't have any version of the movie up for pre-order.

No release date has been announced, nor has there been a press release providing all of the details/specs of the discs. I'm sure it will be available from Amazon and/or Best Buy once an official announcement has been made.

This release needs to be more than just a WBShop or Amazon exclusive. Best Buy needs to be allowed to carry the Blu-Ray 3D of this movie too.

Especially since returns and exchanges from both WBShop and Amazon aren't free, you have to pay to ship it back even if it's a defective item.

At least that's what I have seen anyway, but even if I am wrong about Amazon, I'm fairly certain that WBShop adopts the same return and exchange policies that RightStuf.com and the Funimation Shop have, which is: regardless of whether it's defective or not and even if you are returning the item for a refund, you still have to pay to ship it back.

You are definitely wrong about Amazon. They will cover the return shipping with no questions asked. I have never had an issue returning anything to Amazon and them providing a return label and a full refund. Typically, the refund is even processed as soon as the item is taken to the shipper and doesn't wait until it is received by them.
