Not if you won't answer my questions as I am trying to help you with your issue.

What does 'BT' stand for?

You stated that your nephew is getting upset that you get booted. Are you and your nephew both playing off the same wireless router?

No, he lives 30 miles away, trying to play online with him. People have said we need to find out the poort forwarding codes for our Bt Hub (router) for this game.
Have you any ideas?

I have heard other people talk about that, but I have a European Router as well (Buffalo), but I haven't had to do anything.

Though what has happened with me was I was using an older router (like 1-2 years old) and until I got a brand new one, the connections and download speeds were very poor.

How old is your router?

if your port codes were wrong, you shouldn't be able to connect at all
