The U.S. release has 3 Chinese audio tracks on the Smallfoot 3D Blu-ray 3D this time. (UPC 888574-721350)
My Computer names all 3 as "Chinese (Taiwan)". So I guess Mandarin, Taiwan's main language, has to be a track, but I don't have a clue as to the other two dialects and even the Oppo only lists all 3 as "Chinese".

The three Chinese tracks would be Mandarin for Taiwan, Mandarin for Mainland China, and Cantonese. And their corresponding subtitles are Mandarin Traditional, Mandarin Simplified, and Cantonese.
It's $24 at FYE right now (sitewide 25% off sale) but appears to be on backorder. Nonetheless, you can order. I doubt it goes much lower than that given the rarity.
Watched this tonight and really enjoyed it! I'm surprised at how much I liked the story... It has a lot of fun and charming moments.
I was worried that Warner Animation Group would pull another "Storks" and give us weak 3D, but the 3D in Smallfoot is excellent. Right up there with The Lego Movie 3D in my opinion. Consistent depth, perfectly placed snowflakes in the foreground and background, and tons of shots that are framed perfectly to take advantage of the depth. Colors are beautiful and vivid. There's a slight pop-out moment when
[Show spoiler]Migo falls from the cliff and into the snow below (the snow contoured around his head appears to jut out from the screen)
. But there were definitely a few missed opportunities for pop-outs, as is most often the case in 3D movies.
Anyways, I can easily recommend this as a blind-buy if you're a fan of 3D animation.

Also interesting to note in the end-film credits that Sony Pictures Imageworks: Animation Production, was a primary source for Stereo Layout.
You can also import the Canadian version from Amazon.ca which is likely going to be the easiest option right now. Also keep checking BestBuy.com to see if it will come back in stock. You never know.

Didn't notice that... good catch! It looks like they also worked on Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, so hopefully that will have strong 3D as well.
the film was cut in uk cinemas: company chose to remove a single use of mild bad language ('crap') in order to obtain a u classification. Cut made in accordance with bbfc guidelines and policy. An uncut pg classification was available.
it is pg on blu-ray though, so may be uncut.
I don't suppose you noticed where/whether the word 'crap' appears in the us
version?
There’s also a “he sucks” phrase. I don’t know if that would warrant an omission.
Very enjoyable family movie. The 3d is a little more mild than I prefer, but still very immersive and layered. Most of the 3d is inside the tv with very few objects stepping out toward viewer. There are moments like snow and projectiles make it out of the screen, but not too often. All in all I’m glad to have picked this up as I knew very little about it and it pleasantly surprised me.
So the 2D disc comes with a “DTS-HD Master Audio English 4179 kbps 5.1 / 48 kHz / 4179 kbps / 24-bit” but the 3D only has the lesser version, while including a full bitrate german track? Unbelievable, but hey, at least we are getting this in 3D right? Not happy with this general behavior from Warner.
SAw this in walmart last night. Almost picked it up but at 30 bucks i was hesitant
There's a video game store in a local mall that had new copies with slip today for $24.99 CDN. I almost grabbed one, but I'll wait until it drops down to $20. I want to see it, but I doubt I'll watch it more than once like I do live action 3d
