Default 3 D Blu-ray Titles

I manage a movie theatre in Montana and we dumped film (Thank Christ!) in March and switched to digital projectors (1920 x 1080) just in time for 300. There have been a few releases in digital cinema 3-D (Monster House, Nightmare Before Christmas, Meet the Robinsons etc.) but we haven't installed the 3-D filters for the projectors yet. I was wondering if anyone here has seen one in their local cinema and if this particular format would help tip the scales if Blu decided to release/make some of them?
This seems to be a subject that has not yet come up on this forum and I am really interested in what everyones take on digital 3-D is. Thanks.

actually it has (not as a tipping subject but as an I want it subject). As the specs are defined right now there is nothing for 3D but many of us feal with 48mbps AV and 40 mbps Video, BD could easily add to the specs a new 3D profile where the secondary video stream is used for the second view (i.e. a left eye and right eye videos). Combine this with dual HDMI out to two projectors and now you have the home version.

Do a search you will find the threads.

Some of the newer Samsung TVs support 3D content, however they don't give any details. I don't know if Blu-Ray will ever be a medium for this, but it is certainly interesting.

I've read in some places that there are monitors in development that have the 3D filters in the screen - no need for glasses (& w/in a particular viewing angle) to get a 3d effect. reviewer mentioned a satisfying effect while playing WoW on said prototype. So when will we see a 65" Laser-based 1080p HD set w/3d filters (drool)?
