I'm Swedish, and I'm not really sure, but I'd think that 'syntolkning pa svenska' means "Swedish descriptive audio for the visually impaired", so I'm guessing a narrator kind of thing that tells the viewer what is happening on screen... if that makes any sense at all

i dont but it would be fun to check out and it looks like the us version will have more extras than the swedish one so it's mainly the question of it being region free that im interested about.
