Here is a bit information on LG 2019 Soundbar.

So, they have downgraded 9 series as 4.1.2?

And here you go folk.

You all have been waiting for.

Now, they finally have DTS:X

What have they dropped from the 9 series, the center channel? Seems a bizarre decision if so.

I've had a closer look. WTF is this SL9YG supposed to be?!

Mount it on the wall and the Atmos-enabled speakers are front firing and the stereo down firing. Sounds like a freaking nightmare for anyone who cares about multi-channel sound or even sensible stereo sound. That's if you can even get past the fact it's missing a centre channel.

Hoping (long shot), that LG does a firmware update so that the SK10Y can also decode DTS-X.
