It may be public domain in the USA. I can't say though for certain though as I never looked into it, but many public domain labels had it through the years.

Just out of curiosity, as I rarely check the wish list section and I likely have thousands of titles that would be in my wish list, many being unreleasable due to rights issues, do any of the labels check to see what people are asking for or participate in discussions? I pretty much own everything I would want in one format or other, but would always buy a remastered bluray. I'll post a request on the Mondo Macobro thread as they seem to be the most likely to release Cruz Del Diablo. I have a couple of copies but nothing close to excellent.
