Tunnel Rats - Blu-ray Forum

Ok, first off I'm sorry to bring this up. I've been kind of curious about this movie mostly because I've seen almost every movie about the Vietnam War, and found something to like about most of them. Does Uwe Boll even stand a chance at making a compelling war film? Anyone seen it or heard any firsthand accounts? Not really holding out hope, but it would be a nice surprise.

Are we seriously asking if he can make a good war movie? lets wait till he makes anything that is good first

Well, I think my attitude is slowly changing about him. The man is ridiculed by almost everyone(most of it deserving), and yet he still enjoys his work. Now if I directed bomb after bomb after bomb I don't know if I could keep up the same level of enthusiasm as he appears to. I've got to give the man, grudgingly, some respect...but I'm not holding out any real hope for this film. I mean like I said, I love films about that era. And the subject matter of Tunnel Rats is fascinating to me. I would love for this to be the movie that he "slams out of the park". But, deep down, I know it won't be.
