They maybe just saying that so anyone who had pre orders cancels and then start charging full price. Im leaving mine on order see what happens. Was this really that limited 2000 copies was this between hmv and amazon. Cant believe i pre order this and then it goes straight to temp out of stock.

Saw some copies instore at HMV today. Still 19.99, They also had them separately.

Pretty scummy they've got stock and aren't fulfilling pre-orders, but keeping it for Prime, but I expect nothing less of Amazon.

I didn't think this was going to be a big seller, considered waiting a few month and then picking it up. That was until this forum stoked the panic fire in me. Managed to get one from HMV.

It appears to be back for general sale at Amazon UK -- but at a whopping 34.99 pounds! My pre-order has changed to "preparing for dispatch." I'm glad I locked it in at 16.66! *whew!*

Picked this up at HMV on a visit to London last weekend. Just watched Willard and I’m now watching Ben. Willard was quite a bit better than I remember and the Blu looks great. It’s a nicely shot film, the colors really pop and it’s got an Alex North score which is rather epic for what is a smallish horror film. Good fun though with an excellent cast. Hints of Psycho and Rosemary’s Baby and it anticipates Carrie.

Now I’m watching Ben and this one looks rough. It’s very soft and appears to be taken from a faded print, but I suppose that’s the best elements they could get hold of. Also having problems getting into the film which is both more formulaic as a horror film, which requires rat attacks every 15 minutes and yet it also feels more like a children’s film due to the irksome lead character. Anyways, will get back to it now.

I got the set yesterday and I can confirm both movies are subtitled. I can't wait to watch them

I have this set, both box and individual sleeves state Region B only, as does a popular comparison website.

Unfortunately I don't have a Region A player to properly confirm this.
