I might get it. It depends on the rest of the roster. For me the roster makes or breaks the game.

HA, no, no way. These are fairly athentic arena's. So far I've seen WrestleMania 2, 3, 8, 9, 14 and 15. Since this is just focusing on WrestleMania, I'm pretty sure they'll have all 24 WrestleMania arena's, or at least up to WM20. The arena engines are somewhat similar to the SmackDown! Vs. RAW arena's, meaning that even though WrestleMania 4 had an extremely long walk way to the ring in Trump Plaza, this will not be that way. WrestleMania X will not have the short MSG entrance way. It will have the big X logo at the entrance, but I don't think it will actually open.

Glad to see Ultimate Warrior is in the game.

I like how they're using "Absolute Realism" as a selling point, when anyone can look at the pictures and see that at least graphically it's not going for realism.

I'll still end up getting the game, but I hope to see more legends that haven't been in past Smackdown games. Based on some screenshots I saw, I think the WrestleMania XII arena/setup is in the game. I hope there are plenty more of the memorable arenas/entrances.

Here's a 2 minute video of gameplay (quality is somewhat crappy):

And here's the commercial that aired during Royal Rumble, which confirmed Roddy Piper and Ultimate Warrior being in the game:

IGN is doing video updates every few days revealing the complete roster and showing lots of gameplay. 2 videos have been revealed so far.

Ricky Steamboat was mentioned on another site, but I haven't seen any screen shots, videos or confirmation that he will be in the game, but I'm sure he will be.

Big Boss Man was also mentioned, but not yet confirmed.

Even when the rest of the roster is released, it's highly unlikely that Macho Man will be on it, due to the bad relationship between McMahon and Savage. Mick Foley was supposed to be in the game, but after he and Vince had a falling out within the last year, Vince had him removed from the game.

I could swear I read somewhere that you will be able to combine this game with the one that is already out...so you have the legends and the current guys. Has anyone else seen this??? I'm not rumor milling, I know I read it.

Yeah, I will be disappointed if Randy "OOOOOOOOOOH YEEEEEAAAAAH!" Savage isn't on it. I think its because Vince hates him, but anything could happen. I mean, remember when Vince screwed Bret Hart in Montreal, and now he's a hall of famer. Just hope the same happens to Savage.

Some roster pictures (obviously the game won't look this good, but they give an idea of the size/shape of each wrestler):

Rest can be seen here:

Some idea of the arenas:

WrestleMania 3

WrestleMania 9

WrestleMania 15

Yes, The game will include a feature to import characters from WWE SmackDown! Vs. RAW 2009.

I'd really like to see the Old School Undertaker, back when he first appeared, the grey gloves, The hat , long trench coat. Ohhhhh ..... yes ...lets not forget Paul Bearer aka Percy Pringle. Those were great day, I noticed they also listed Bret Hart, but why not Owen Hart, he is just as much as a legend as his brother.
