Default Reverb/echo in speakers?

Hi,

I have an Onkyo HTIB 3100 system. I plan to change the receiver to the Onkyo 576b series soon.

My slight issue is that every so often I will hear....an echo sound or reverb sound coming from I think the center speaker.

I can't successfully recreate it on demand, so Im just wondering what this could be and some possible solutions.

Thanks!

Check to make sure you don't have some "Effect" turned on..... or have it on "Opera House" etc.... that creates an artificial effect.

Thanks, I have confirmed that no special effect is enabled and I hear this during DD or DTS as well as the other settings.

Thanks
