Locking profile access per device?

Is there a way to restrict access to certain profiles on a MA account per device? I have a "Kids" account set up with only G rated movies but there is nothing I can find to lock out my owner account with no rating restrictions. Seems like something that would go hand in hand with multiple profiles.

Right above the "Profile" name is a lock picture and its unlocked, just press after you set the ratings you want and it should work and be locked until you logout and sign in again.
