Being a fan of the origanal Clash of the Titans movie, i'm psyched about the new remake, and the rumor that Sam Raimi will be directing it.

I love the Styngian witches "Give us back the eye!"

Any other fans?

harryhausen is still alive, will he be a consultant on the set? I love the original. hopefully it will be good. I like the old kracken more than the one from potc2.

If Harryhausen is to be a consultant, it'd be in the creature shop and VFX area. Sure he could visit the set but he'd WOW a lot more animators than actors.

Anyone ever see the VH-1 "I Love the 80's" where the next generation acted like having Harryhausen stop-motion was some kind of dated low-tech liability for the film?:
"I mean, it's like they didn't even try to pretend they didn't have CGI back then!"

(cold shudder) -_-;;

Great movie and I bet with CGI the movie will be pretty cool.

Is this for real?? WOW a remake of this film would be unbelievable, especially if Sam Raimi is behind the project. He's a perfect choice for this style of movie. His Evil Dead flicks have a similar feel IMO.
