No it's stereo audio but not sure if a downmix of the 5.1.

If it's the same stereo track from the older special edition then it's actually the better audio option. If anything the 5.1 sounds like a weak upmix of the 2.0

the bluray released with the uk 4k steelbook has the commentary included. So this is pretty much the perfect release of the film that has suffered in Oz for 10 years. Good job studiocanal(minus the lack of 4k but there compression would be worse, at least with HDR10)

Try 20 years, the DVD was also barebones, and had one of the most awkwardly placed layer changes I've ever seen.

At least we can say that theyve now pretty much done justice to the film. I've been waiting for the 25th anniversary disc to be releases here for 5 years(they rereleased the old one in new art for some reason) and have skipped that old atrocious disc from 08.

Yeah I imported the 25th from the UK a while ago, never bothered with the local one.
