I'd always go to Zoom over Amazon. Not sure about Zavvi. They've nicked me around more than Amazon, which is really saying something. Especially given the small selection of orders I've placed with Zavvi...

Even before HMV had their problems, Amazon somehow managed to bugger up pre-orders in general. So much so that, unless you get a low pre-order price lock-in, it's almost always worth cancelling and reordering on the day of release. At least that way you might get it on the Tuesday (if you have Prime) or later that week (if you don't)...
