i really hope they upgrade the picture quality on this release, the jap release received really bad reviews, this is one of my favorite movies

I really wouldn't expect much from the picture on this release... Being a UK movie made on a really small & tight budget, the filmstock wasn't of the greatest quality and it's never looked particularly good on DVD

Day 1 purchase for me on the Canadian release, which should be cheaper for us in the U.S.
