Thought I'd make a thread that everyone can use to post their Chili deals, order updates and any purchases during the sales they have!

I picked up the following earlier on today:

One of my two orders has arrived by Royal Mail, but I won't know what the order is until I get home later today.

My first order: none of the titles are available ATM, so at home i have the following waiting:

Endless Summer
Breathless (R Gere version)

Great idea! Saves spamming the deals thread. Checked my email today and all 10 blu-rays I ordered “not available” hopefully they come back in stock soon.

They told me that orders containing items on backorder wait for up to 5 days for missing items, then ship if they don't come in on time…

Every one of the 15 Bu-Rays I've ordered so far are "currently unavailable", I wonder what's the point in discounting items they don't have in stock yet. How the hell do they make money out of it, it's insane!

No, they send an order confirmation but then you will get a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked alert when the items are shipped. It doesn't tell you what has been shipped though.

Good idea for a thread. But we really need links as the Chili search is bobbins.

I've been tempted by some of the 4k deals on this site, however they seem to get very bad customer service rating. I'm worried in case they take your money and you never hear from them again. Can anyone confirm whether it's wise to buy from this site?

Use PayPal, that way you're double protected.

People seem to get what they order. Sometimes you may get an email telling you an item is out of stock, but then it'll ship a day or two later.

The first time they had this promotion I think a few people had to wait a while, but everyone got what they ordered.

This time it all seems to be a lot more on the ball.
