No. Because she has someone in mind. That's different.

Of course its not. No one said that. It was just rightly questioned why that had to be tossed in there. If the director has been named already then use the name. I dunno.

I mean, we'll see what the movie is about and all that. Honestly though, Ive about had enough Star Wars anyway. Cant believe I keep saying that but its run its course and nothing they can make going forward will EVER touch the magic of the originals and even some of the prequels so this hardly matters.

Its just Disney recoverng their $4 billion bucks which I cant blame them for! . Go ahead and oversaturate and make a side film for everything. Whatevs.

Knights of the Old Republic feels more like "Star Wars" than anything else that has come out since the early '80s. Such a good game.

I don't recall The Last Jedi pointing out the Force's "flaws" or deconstructing it.

^ Yes. Johnson seems a technically proficient director but demonstrates an apparent lack of understanding of how SW technology is supposed to work, and also wrote the utterly nonsensical Resistance plotline in TLJ, so someone else should really be doing the writing.

Kotor would be welcome. Hopefully Disney is smart enough not to hire Rian Johnson in capacity.

Naw. That guy ruined Darth Bane's story. He also screwed up the Revan story.

You are probably right but it’s been proven they can do just fine. KKs comment just seemed strange but she’s quite the character so perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised. Who knows, maybe it will be good.

Nope, read the tweet or whatever the hell you call that stuff. Maybe this is why tweeting is stupid? It takes things out of context and lacks details. Either way, zero reason for KK to throw that in there but that’s how she rolls. Whatevs. I just pray she doesn’t ruin more Star Wars stuff.

I'm exactly right. Statistically speaking few women have helmed major genre films of this kind. And so far ZERO women have directed a live action Star Wars feature film.

It's not a comment. It's a blank statement of fact and not at all strange to have been said while it's still statistically remarkable. When it's no longer remarkable then you'll stop hearing it being pointed out.

I think you've chosen to read way too much into it.

Yeah that's why the directors of movies are predominantly males. Because they have the talent, naturally.

If it makes people feel better, the interviewer immediately grabbed Kennedy by the throat and lifted her feet off the floor before inquiring "What women!?"

No, No, No.....NO!....A Trilogy...a Knights of the Old Republic TRILOGY!!

Not just a movie...

That period of time in the Star Wars lore would be amazing to see on the big screen.

What does Star Wars need?....Jedi and the Sith.....that's what it needs. Badass lightsaber duels...Wicked and cool looking Sith lords and apprentices. Sith witches...Sith armies....Thrawn....cool sh#t.

Not this Force User crap....

They really need to stop letting Bobby Peru conduct interviews.
