Question: Why did you put Full Moon as superior version of Barbed Wire Dolls? Ascot elite version has english, german, & french audio with english subs, while Full Moon is english dub only. IMDB lists this movie as originally French language, and the French track does seem to sync quite well with cast's lips.

I'm pretty sure this one is tied up with a producer/distributor asking for way too much money. I can't remember if it was Jared from Mondo that said the cost is too much to put out.

Just reading about the new Lorna the Exorcist Blu ray from Le Chat Qui Fume, being partially edited down from a print of the XXX copy of the movie. XXX Lorna? , unsurprising surprise, but a surprise nonetheless. Anyone else heard of this before and who is going to release it!!! I love collecting every Franco variant I can, the good, the bad, the ugly!

MVD are doing blu rays of GOLDEN TEMPLE AMAZONS and DIAMONDS OF KILIMANJARO. They’re due to drop in Sept.

Le Chat Qui Fume though are not releasing the XXX version as I understand. I'd never heard of this variant before, though that's hardly a surprise as there are always countless variants floating around. I just wondered how they had butchered this great movie to splice in H/C scenes.

All fans, please note that despite what is listed here in the pages for Le Chat Qui Fume's Lorna and Diary of a Nymphomaniac, both of these discs play perfectly in native Region A players. (I tried them in my two Panasonics and a Sony.) They also play on my region-free player which is always set to Region B. This is great news as I was under the impression that these would be Reg B locked.

Jess Franco's ATTACK OF THE ROBOTS (1966) comes to Blu this July from Redemption!

Here's a first look at the cover for Redemption's great early Jess Franco title out on Blu-ray in the US this July 16th. Attack of the Robots (1966) is a mad, stylish mix of Sci-Fi and Bond-style pulp thriller. Extras include an excellent audio commentary by Tim Lucas.

This is good. Gaumont released a blu-ray in France a year ago but it's not
English friendly. I'm more interested in Franco's early films than the later
stuff.

Just picked up this German release from late 2019 . It's nothing at all like the title makes it sound, but it's a fun watch. The video presentation could have stood a little more work, though.
