Shame I’d be up for these and sell my original BD steelbooks, which aren’t even open, I think the first one would pay for this alone. But heard the quality is woeful. Only the third is any good PQ, so it’s an easy pass.

I guess it depends if it’s a different 4K master or encode to the German release. Wasn’t that licenced from Disney or Paramount by Concord an independent label.

The US releases are being sold as new scans. Given that this is released around the same time (or after) then they are probably the freshly-minted ones. However, in countries where they have yet to come out, any scan counts as a new scan, who knows.
