I prefer official theatrical release poster art on all SteelBooks so this and the Captain America SteelBooks work great for me. It usually takes a re-release these days to get poster art without having to order releases from premium retailers.

I don't think the distressed look makes much sense outside of The First Avenger but I'll take it over what we could've gotten.

I’m confident they will do Thor now, these do seem to be popular, probably people like me who missed a few Inbetween. Now I’m not sure if I should get all three (when released) and sell my 3D iron man 3 steel or just get 1 and 2 and keep my existing one.

I wish the border was a nice shiny red, instead of the worn out effect. It made sense for Captain America, but the glossy clean look would've been nice for Iron Man.

Just got my pre-order in!!! I do like the look of the Steelbook. I have the German Trilogy 4K release, but getting this as it is bound to be an improvement over that Concorde version...plus Dolby Atmos!!!

I'll most likely get 2 & 3's regardless of what they use because I'm not paying $100 that the others are going for on eBay.

It will either be one of the first two.

The original Blu-ray releases of 3 used both. The basic Blu-ray (Blu-ray + DVD) release used the first, the releases with the digital copy (both Blu-Ray and Blu-ray 3D) used the second artwork.

Either way, we’re going to find out sooner rather than later.

I still treasure my FS Iron Man steel but also started liking the Zavvi Dark wave of lenticular Marvel steelbooks a bit more.

And even though I am not a big fan of the present wave of faded/worn out look of the 4K steelbooks it won't stop me from buying them

pretty good chances its gonna be all 3 especially since its got a similar look to the 3 captain films.

Only things that'll be left to come out in 4k from the MCU will be GOTG, Ant man, doctor strange, and thor 1 & 2.

told myself i'm waiting until all the MCU are in 4k before i rewatch it from the beginning to end again.

I imagine this will show up in the states from Best Buy. Exciting news. Almost wish I didn't have the Target exclusive Metal Pak for Iron Man 2. Iron Man 1 and 3 will suffice.

I wonder how this 4K steelbook line will work when it comes to the MCU films that had their original steels in 4K. Re-releases to have matching art? Kind of as a replacement of the abandoned Ferguson line? Goodness knows I’d love to have the whole saga with matching art.

Also makes me wonder about the art of 4K steels going forward...

I'm the complete opposite. These are the Steelbooks that I've wanted since the beginning. I can't stand the initial Steel releases where they try and be creative with them, just cannot stand them and don't own any. The first Guardians Steel is the only one that I remember being a fan of.
