Disney Magical Blu-ray Tour Meet-up Thread

Are you planning on going to one of the Magical Blu-ray Tour days at your local mall? Want to meet up with other Blu-ray.com members? Post which tour stop you plan on visiting, and I will update this post with the members who plan to attend. Once a few people sign up, you can discuss with them what time and date you want to meet up.

I will only try to be there, can't promise for sure.
But I will try to go to the Tyson's Corner display probably either friday night or sunday afternoon.

Just mapquested the two closest ones - one is 7.5 hours away and the PA one is 6.5 hours away.

I hope they add a stop at Walden Galleria in Buffalo and I will be there in a flash - or even Toronto.

November 17th at King of Prussia mall, PA

For those without a decent theater, there' s a great 16-plex with both IMAX and DLP next to the mall (the only DLP between NYC/north jersey and DC). If you came down Doby there's a bunch of medium priced hotels in the area as well. $65 and up.

August 24-26 at the shopping mall near me ("South Coast Plaza"). I'll be taking pics of the display booth and the people there. I can't wait to see what they're offering!

I might be able to meet up with you at the King of Prussia Mall if I'm not traveling that week. I only live about 30 minutes away.

BTW, folks...King of Prussia is supposedly the 2nd largest mall in the U.S. and this road show is hitting the week before Black Friday. Talk about some good exposure!

It was actually the first enclosed shopping mall I believe and was the biggest until Mall of America expanded. They're going to cheat and connect the Mall and the Court and take the record back again. The last time I went for a "Mall Event" was the day PlayStation 1 came out, and Nintendo was showing off Virtua Boy there.

The Yuppie/Disposible income quotient on a Saturday is extreme, lots and lots of potential buyers

By the way, those who are going feel free to be the BD volunteer and explain to the public about BD and how it will effect their DVD consumption in the future. In short, help out the guys from Panny and Disney!
