Batman 89-97 4K

The new 1080p masters have gone live here in Ireland (4k will be in june) but I have noticed that my copies of Batman Returns and Forever have not changed, I am stuck with the old masters and if I search the store these titles now have new artwork and file sizes and the option for me to buy again. smh. to add insult to injury returns is incorrectly encoded at 50fps and stereo sound only, I had contacted WB about Batman Returns months ago and was told to hold out until 4k as his would fix issue but now I can see thats not the case.

Same has happened in UK store but all three sequels affected.

Thanks for posting - have refunded the collection and will re-buy.

Anyone know how long store credit takes to reappear? The anthology price will probably go up soon.

🤔🤔🤔 How do I go about getting a refund? Every time I contact iTunes support I end up going in circles with them for an answer to a straight question.

Purchase history in itunes - report a problem.

Id skimmed through the first two but not watched them properly- not sure if it makes a difference.

Thanks for the info, Batman 89 is a new encode I downloaded the file and ran movieinfo app shows it was encoded 2 days ago, the other movies are the same old shitty wrongly encoded files.

These have turned 4k DV but no Atmos,I wonder why?

The three sequels now have the extras from the Blu-Ray on the new versions (presumably. Haven't done a comparison).

Very annoying that the versions I bought a couple of years back haven't been upgraded ��

I only have Batman, but I have the same problem... No 4k, no extras, not even the new cover art... Apparently there are (or were at one time) two different versions in the store, and we got the wrong ones... (I'm in the US)

Others are in the same boat and have contacted Warner Bros. digital support.

They are investigating but the more people that contact them the better
