Street Fighter Challenges Help! - Blu-ray Forum

Ok, im having a problem with the challenges, on Trials. I just really dont get how to cancel moves i guess. Its challenge #3. anyone have any info? it wants me to do a heavy punch, then a fireball, but i just cant get it to link...

You have to do cancels quickly, so unless you have amazing reflexes, you most likely will not have time to confirm whether or not your first attack lands (we call that "hit confirm"). What you'll want to do is input the command for your next move (in your case fireball) immediately after you press the button for your first attack, like it's all one motion.

ahhh i just got it. thanks, your exactly right. you have to do it all as one motion. Thanks, thats a bit tricky at first...

what about trial challenge 2? for some reason i cant get that attack after the focus move fast enough. is there a trick?

Dash cancel it. What you'll want to do is input a dash (forward, forward) as soon as your focus attack impacts your opponent. After the dash, you should have plenty of time to do whatever it is you need to do.

You might also want to take a look at Shoryuken.com.
