The Amazon.fr listing shows this as having a new HD master, Blu-ray, DVD, a couple extras, and a booklet. Anybody have any other info about the release?

Edit: After reading up in the forums on some of the past works that have been put out by ESC, perhaps it's best to reign in any enthusiasm a bit and wait for some reviews. The Mill Creek version is atrocious though, so would love to pick this one up if it's superior.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I kind of forgot that Indicator had even mentioned it. Perhaps another Hammer box set from them in October? Guess I’ll go dig around in that thread.

Well it states, new transfer, so it could well be the one we're waiting for (fingers crossed). A nice looking set, if a bit expensive. Like everyone else, I'll be waiting for the Indicator release.

100% zero chance this is a new transfer.

I don't think Indicator is getting a new transfer for their blu,
but if any publisher does get a fresh scan, it won't be this French group.

This French release of The Revenge of Frankenstein appears to be no better than the U.S. Mill Creek release! I translated a review from a buyer on Amazon.fr who reports it is full of specks, lines and other debris.

An old post I know, but as we all know now, Indicator did wait and get a new and highly desirable restored transfer for Hammer Films "The Revenge of Frankenstein"

It is my understanding that the Anolis (in Germany) is also from the new transfer.

Sad that Mill Creek has only released that awful, flat, dirty transfer her in the USA. This excellent Hammer film deserves better.

I highly recommend the Powerhouse/Indicator Region Free (i.e., plays anywhere) blu-ray.
