I watch GoT and didn’t recognize him from it.

He looks different without the blond hair.

I doubt three seasons of Legion was the intention. I think with Season two the plan was to run with it as far as they could. Whether it’s the Disney deal, or the viewing figures dropping, it doesn’t really matter, I’m just thankful they’re being issued a wrap-up season.

I'm okay with this ending after three seasons. Honestly, I'd rather it have a good proper run rather than go on and on and peeter out...

I was reluctant to purchase Season 1 for this reason... might actually get them now knowing this

To be fair, DVD still sells a lot and BD, specifically TV on BD, is still more or less a niche market even if it's growing... to the average everyday TV watcher, DVD is "good enough" and often much cheaper. On the other hand, why should we be punished for knowing better. :P I wish all studios had their own branch like WB does for WAC or Universal does with their newer pressed MOD titles. Disney sort of does with their DMC exclusives but they don't advantage of that nearly enough, and it's like 99% for movies.

I just personally can't see how anybody would pay for quality lower than what is given to them by default by their service provider.

In the case of The Gifted, DVD is the only option... and it looks much better than the broadcast version. DVD wasn't a bad format when it was done right.

Got my DVD from Bullmoose and it's definitely burned. I checked disc one and it is Duel Layer. The DVD playes the Fox into and then a anti-piracy thing and then the menu is just..season ones DVD menue is nicer lol

Also on an odd note, VLC crashed every time I try to play it. Media Player Classic works fine. I'll have to test it on my Sony player later

It's Fox. They're just bad when it comes to tv shows on blu-ray.

For Legion that was a pretty straightforward episode. Off to a good start.

Episode 1 in season three is just as confusing as every episode in season two. Season one was great. But they got so trippy you never know what’s happening! Nobody who hasn’t been watching can just start watching. They’d be even more confused. That’s why the series failed. It’s too confusing!

Yeah, it wasn't confusing... just pretentious as hell. Even more pretentious than all of s2, and it's only been 49 minutes lol

I'll keep watching out of respect for how great s1 was, but I'm almost glad here's only 7 episodes left in the series now...

Loved the s3 premiere. Not confusing at all... glad to have it back, but sad its ending...
