30 years! Jeez! I think I started watching it sometime during the third or fourth season, when I was in middle school and was starting to hear more and more people talking about it. Seen all the episodes countless times over the years and never stop laughing. Pretty much my all-time favorite show.

I have only seen one scene from an episode of Seinfeld. It involved George taking a book into the restroom at a bookstore and them making him pay for it when he tried to put it back on the shelf or something like that. I will watch the series one day. One day. I am just not a comedy fan but Seinfeld is one of those cultural things that everyone should probably watch.

If it were released on BD I would buy it in a heart beat. I refuse to buy DVDs at this point and I don't stream. Also commercials make me break out in hives so I reruns on TV are out.

Eric the clown? and You're living in the past man! (Same episode)
You double-dipped the chip!
Tell them we're frightened and want to go home!

Lots of good stuff. Those lines above are some of my favorites.

Season 4 is one of the most brilliant single seasons of any show. The biggest problem I have with Seinfeld is George Costanza. He is just about the most reprehensible character in TV history. Nothing he does is funny - NOTHING - and he gets worse as the show goes on. He and Ross from Friends should be in a show together. it could be called Turn It Off, Turn It Off, TURN IT OFF!

There is so much great stuffing this show.

I haven't seen most of the early seasons which makes me happy as I have seeing those to look forward to.

Kramer's battle with the cable guy.
Elaine corrupting innocent African athlete's
George life long desire to pretend to be an architect.

Jerry is an Anti-Dentite bastard though.

I don' know about Friends but you are out of your mind.

George is hilarious.

And he is supposed to reprehensible. They all are.

No where near as reprehensible as the gang from Always Sunny though. I've tried watching the show three times but they are such a disgraceful bunch of toe rags I can't watch. Funny as hell but I just can't watch because they are such awful people.

I'm going to give it another try. It has taken me five years to near the end of season 2. I'll eventually get through the rest if I leave to 90.

Easily one of my favorite shows of all time. I didn't start watching it right away either. My first episode was "The Opera" from Season 4 and then I watched through the rest of the series.

My favorite episode is The Race. Not just because I love John Williams' "Superman" theme so much but also because the B-story with Kramer and Mickey as the department store Santa is hilarious.
