I don’t think this is a: digibook, digipak or neo Case.

Correct. I don’t know why there is still confusion about this exclusive. It’s a cheap USB cable and nothing more.

My Target is absolutely loaded with these things. Front and back are filled to the brim, don't think a single copy has sold.

At this point I would wait for a price drop on the regular 4K/3D combo. I don't see the USB wristband as useful or interesting.
