Question for Moderator? - Blu-ray Forum

I have two items listed for sale, one says 15 shipped PayPal with no fees. The other item just says $4. I was banned on July 22nd because I was violating fees with PayPal. Was just wondering what exactly was wrong? I did not ask for fees, never before asked for fees. Should I have not even stated no fees?

No PayPal fees implies "family and friends payment" which is not allowed here. Has to be "goods and services payment". It's best not to mention PayPal fees at all and just list your 1 price.
