Since Scream seems to be on a run with Paramount horror, I see Brain Donors (supposedly a smaller title) getting more of a chance at a BD than Cool World (bigger title) would.

I might get this for the "camp" factor, didn't like the "MTV" look and the actress/movie making angle at the time, this sequel catered too much to the flavor of the month than fans of the original IMO.

Not much of a movie, but I'm a King completist, so it'll be a day-one purchase for me. I'll even be happy about it!

Never seen it, but have a feeling it will be a solid blind buy for me. I'm in.

I remember watching this as a kid and not being able to sleep that night. Never revisited the film due to that experience, but I'm interested in seeing this again. Clancy Brown was pretty freaky in this.

It was on tv quite a bit this last Spring when the remake was in theaters. I saw the remake in the theater and then decided I wanted more so I watched both the original and part 2 as well. Part 2 has improved dramatically with age. I remember being so disappointed with it as a kid when it came out, but now as an adult I think it's a pretty well made film and very enjoyable. This was one of the highlights for me in the comic con announcements.

No way do I think Anthony Edwards will be involved with the special features. I hope at least Edward Furlong & Clancy Brown do interviews though. And I’m sure Mary Lambert would be up for doing an audio commentary if she did one for the first movie. I always preferred this film over the first one. I could never get into the first movie as a kid but always thought this movie was really fun to watch due to Clancy Brown being a great villain in it.

It's been a long time since I've seen Pet Sematary 2. Probably 20 years ago. I remember renting it on VHS the last time I saw it. I always thought it was cool but also a disappointment after Lambert's great original. I'll most likely get this though. My favorite part has to be when
[Show spoiler]Gus grinds Jared Rushton's face with his own bike tire.
Mary Lambert chose the best locations to film both films in.

Used to watch this quite often as a kid. Haven't seen it since then. I do know I used to enjoy it, mostly cause of Clancy Brown. I hope it holds up for me.

I watched it a little over a year ago for the first time in a while, and I was surprised at how well it held up. Clancy Brown is of course the best part still.

Anyone hopes they include the deleted scenes that nearly got the film an NC-17 rating?

what makes this announcement amazing is that this means Shout can now release Paramount titles. This is awesome! Hope they can pick up movies like Fire in the Sky and The Ghost and the Darkness
And April Fool's Day!!!

It 'scared' me as a kid as well. The odd thing is I'm not even sure if I've seen the first film in its entirety since I always seemed to tune in on tv toward the end and basically already had it spoiled. But the second film seemed pretty dark and kind of quirky. Haven't seen it years and am looking forward to the blu.
